Following steps are performed for handling this problem.
1. In first analysis bits errors are found in the section. But as pass through services are running fine with the bit errors on this link, so bit errors can be ignored but for we still cleared the bit errors by fiber cleaning to minimize the risks in the link.
2. We reset GXCSA cross connect and PQ1 tributary board that may these boards were stuck or hang but still issue presists.
3. In last we found the Fiber connection onsite are correct but on NMS the fiber connection on line boards are worng.
4. We corrected the fiber connection and then again configure services they are normal.

Fiber connection in the NMS must be correct. like this case if fiber connection were wrong on NMS the services cannot get through.If this condition happens first check the fiber connections that onsite and NMS are consistent or not then proceed for other troubleshooting.
