AP5030DN failed to switch to Fat mode

Problem description

AP5030DN reports an error when switching from the FIT to the FAT version through FTP, and the error message is as follows:

Error: Upgrade upgrade-assistant-package failed due to a failure in downloading the version file.

1. Check if the name and size of the downloaded version file are correct.

2. Check if the network between the AP and the FTP server setup is reachable.

3. Check if the username and password of the FTP server are correct. After testing, the username and password are correct.

4. Check whether the AP supports fat conversion.
